  8th GGM through Jeanne 8th GGM and 9th through Marie Anne Common ancestor between David Alwin and Xavier-Yves deQuoy, through daughter Catherine Loignan who was an ancestor of Xavier's Dad. Interestingly, this line shows a link with Xavier's mom's side at the level of Marie-Louise Renaud, wife of Jean-Baptiste Poulin. So, Xavier's mom and dad were distant cousins at that level, but I am not related to Marie-Louise Renaud. But I am also related to Xavier on his mom's side through common ancestor Guillaume Couture. So, Xavier and I share common ancestry from the Roussin line, archers to the King of England in the 1500's, through Françoise Roussin.
